What is a Grumble?   Three or more Pugs.

Alcovy Pugs was founded on love for the little clown dogs know as Pugs!  I began  showing and breeding dogs back in 2005 with Cairn Terriers  and now I bred and show PUGS!

About the Breed
​Once the naughty companion of Chinese emperors, and later the mascot of Holland's royal House of Orange, the small but solid Pug is today considered a great family pet. Pugs live to love and to be loved in return, it is very natural to them to want to be petted and kiss you right on the mouth as they clean your face with kisses.  The seem to enjoy laughter.   The Pug's motto is the Latin phrase 'multum in parvo' (a lot in a little)'an apt description of this small but muscular breed.  They come in two colors fawn or black. The large round head, the big, sparkling eyes, and the wrinkled nose roll above the brow give Pugs a range of human-like expressions wonder, happiness, mischievous that have delighted owners.

Ace, Pippa, and Moon Pi are current AKC champions in my home.  Puddin' the black girl is an International Champion and Meri my youngest has her major wins and needs only one point to finish her championship.
